Simply...

We started with a simple goal: to bring our local community quality market-fresh produce, delivered straight to your door - all with good old-fashioned customer service.

Jumping at the opportunity to supply our local community when COVID isolated our beloved Queanbeyan region from many Canberra shops and even with essential shopping allowed, we understood many people wanted to limit any risk of contact too.

So finally, we jumped all in to combine our knowledge, experience and passions to bring you Bailey’s Fresh Food.

A little bit more about us…

We live and love raising our family of 6 in Queanbeyan - two teenagers, a toddler and baby! Nothing beats dinner time, when we all get to gather, slow down and gobble up a delicious home-made meal while chatting about our days. 

Tracy’s superpower is customer happiness and backend systems, having over 14 years of experience in small businesses - working within Fresh Produce, Bakery and Real Estate worlds - brings a huge variety of skills together to keep BFF running smoothly.  Having a soft spot for fresh produce, Aussie farmers and family - it’s no wonder Tracy has always had a passion to create something that will give families back time, help them eat healthy and support Aussie farmers too! If you ask any of our close friends and family - they are surprised this didn’t happen years ago. Tracy gets happy over replenished fruit bowls and fresh snack plates!

Neal’s superpower is being the operations and logistics ninja - he is the doer of this duo and loves a job well done. Having a career in the workforce planning and data analysing sphere for over a decade, he knows what is needed to get the job done and efficiently too. Between his day job in the office, BFF and RFS commitments - he is one busy bee!

Combine these two together and bam you have Bailey’s Fresh Food - doing what we love,  bringing the very best produce we can to you!

We’re not here to compete with the big guys - we’re here to offer something different. Think of us as your Fairy Godmother of fresh produce: a boutique shopping experience with a little extra magic.
